The idea behind SafetyFestMT is straightforward: provide free, high quality safety training that meets the needs of all Montana workers and the businesses that employ them.


Sponsorships help cover the cost of certification fees and training equipment/supplies for SafetFestMT.Businesses or organizations willing to sponsor SafetyFestMT receive recognition proportionate with the level of donation.


Sponsorships range from a minimum of $100 to the Corporate Partnership level of $10,000 as seen below:

Statewide Sponsorships:

Corporate Partner $10,000:  As a corporate partner, you have the option to hang your banner in the registration area at four events across the State. Your logo will be prominently displayed in several areas during the events, including classroom signs, emails, the SafetyFestMT website, individual event web pages, and a full-page ad in the participant packet.  It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

Premiere $6,000:
As a premiere sponsor, your logo will be displayed in several areas throughout four events across the State, including classroom signs, emails, the SafetyFestMT website, the individual event web pages, and a ¾-page ad in the participant packet.  It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

Platinum $4,000:
Your logo will be displayed in several areas throughout four events across the State, including classroom signs, emails, the SafetyFestMT website, the individual event web pages and a ½-page ad in the participant packet.  It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

Diamond $2000: 
Your logo will be displayed in several areas throughout four events across the State including classroom signs, emails, the SafetyFestMT website, the individual event web pages and a ¼ ad in the participant packet. It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

General $1000:
Your logo will be displayed on the General Sponsor signs throughout four events across the State, the SafetyFestMT website and the event web pages.

Individual SafetyFest Events:

Gold $2,500: You can hang your banner in the registration area and your logo will be prominently displayed in several areas during the event including classroom signs, emails, the website and a full-page ad in the participant packet. It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

Palladium $1,500:
Your logo will be prominently displayed in several areas during the event, including classroom signs, emails, the event web page and a ¾-page ad in the participant packet. It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

Copper $1,000:
Your logo will be displayed in several areas during the event, including classroom signs, emails, the event web page and a ½-page ad in the participant packet. It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

Sapphire $500:
Your logo will be displayed in several areas during the event, including classroom signs, emails, the event web page and a ¼-page ad in the participant packet. It also includes a free exhibitor table/space.

Friend $100:
Your logo will be displayed on sponsor signs throughout the event as well as the event’s web page.
